REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Face Card Club.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sales items are not eligible for returns. 

To start a return, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can begin the return/refund process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us a video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please reach out to us at support@facecard.club

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
