We do our best to ensure all our parcels are well packed upon shipment. However there are uncontrollable factors such as shipping companies being rough with packages and are unable to compensate solely based on the reason of a damaged box. If you receive a damaged parcel but the contents inside are undamaged, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
