You will receive a receipt for your order immediately after you place it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the Track Order page at any time.

Yes, we offer a quality guarantee for all of our products. All our products are 100% imported from South Korea. If you are not satisfied with the product or find any damages, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

We do our best to ensure all our parcels are well packed upon shipment. However there are uncontrollable factors such as shipping companies being rough with packages and are unable to compensate solely based on the reason of a damaged box. If you receive a damaged parcel but the contents inside are undamaged, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. If the products inside are damaged, please reach out to us at support@facecard.club

If your parcel gets stuck at customs, you may contact your local customs office to request the release the package by paying an import fee, or you may also reject the parcel and send it back to us.

Upon receiving the parcel, we will attempt to ship out the parcel again FOC or you may choose to be refunded. For refunds, your original shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount. Please note that you may only be refunded after the parcel has been returned to us.

Please note that our toxins are carefully packaged with ice packs to ensure their quality during shipment. Even if the ice packs melt, the package will still be kept cool for up to 3 days.

Do take note that during the summer months, the products may arrive in a relatively warm condition despite proper packaging. There may be a slight loss of efficiency but it is negligible. When stored at a temperature higher than 8°C, the product will only lose a small percentage of its active ingredients. The toxins will still be effective and not pose any danger to the user. For Innotox, the manufacturers have confirmed that since it is already reconstituted – it is heat resistant, and can be stored up to 40°C. However, we highly recommend storing all toxins in the fridge upon receiving them.
